At Green Elephant Builds, we take pride in being a family-run building firm with deep roots in the Orpington community.

Established in 2019, we specialise in home extensions & renovations, landscaping and driveways. Over the past 5+ years, we’ve served Orpington, Bromley, Sidcup, Beckenham, Petts Wood, Chelsfield, Green St Green  and the surrounding areas.

• Project Management: We have extensive experience in project management, ensuring that your project is handled seamlessly from start to finish, including liaising with building control and structural engineers where necessary .  We have relationships with a selection of reliable and trustworthy local trades including designers, electricians, plumbers and scaffolders that we use regularly. We can work from your own plans or recommended designers/architects.

Our History

Green Elephant Builds was set up in 2019 by Jason Greenwood.  A Bromley resident for over 40 years, Jason joined the construction industry after wanting a career change, having served 13 years as a police officer in the Metropolitan Police.  He has led construction teams on commercial and domestic projects including new build housing, apartments, renovations and extension in London, Kent and Surrey before setting up his own firm.
